The 5th and final disc in the Hunyuan World 2005 series, this disc features Master Le-May Lac and Art D'Argostino teaching the group of participants. Mr. D'Argostino, who is a student of Master Li Enjiu, teaches a Chen Style drill and the double push hands pattern. Master Le-May Lac, a disciple of Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang, instructs the students on the Taiji Ruler, the 24 Form and the Silk Reeling Exercises of the Hunyuantaiji system.

This is a great disc for those who want to see these things done by other teachers who are adept at their respective styles. The same home video quality of filmography does not detract from the material presented.
