Disc 4 of the 2005 Hunyuan World discography is full of thought provoking and elucidating lecture given by Master Chen Zhonghua. Master Chen discusses the nature of yin and yang, the limitations of the learner, the gears or balls on the body, training fixed points, mind intent, triangulation, the definition of the center, and the difference between Wuji and Hunyuan amongst other poignant subjects. 

The sound quality is not so good in that Master Chen's voice was recorded at a very low volume. If you don't mind cranking up the volume on your player or TV, then you really get the feeling of sitting with the Master to get a big dose of philosophy and theory from this one.
